What We Collect

When you place an order, our checkout page (run by Stripe) collects:

• Your name and email address
• Your shipping address
• Your payment details
• What you ordered

Your card number goes straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. If you email us, we keep that conversation so we can help you.

How We Use It

• To make, ship, and track your order
• To email you about your order and answer your questions
• To handle returns, refunds, and replacements
• To keep the sales records we need for taxes and accounting

Who We Share It With

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share only what's needed to run the store:

• Stripe processes your payment.
• The shipping carrier gets your name and address to deliver your package.
• Vercel hosts this website.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you or follow you to other websites. Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there if you refresh the page. It isn't sent to us until you check out.

Keeping It Safe

This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by Stripe, which meets the card industry's security standards. We keep order records only as long as we need them for shipping, returns, and taxes.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we're required to keep for taxes). Email support@takprints.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our store isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
